Vic: Violent students doing rounds of schools

Experts say more than 200 students have been expelled from Victorian government schools
for destruction and violence .. but many have simply enrolled in neighbouring schools.

Their bad behaviour includes punching teachers .. selling marijuana to classmates ..

threatening teachers with knives .. and attacking school mates with sports equipment.

Opposition education spokesman .. VICTOR PERTON .. says feeding violent students back
into the system after expulsion puts other students at risk.

MARY BLUETT .. from the Australian Education Union .. has called for more specialised
schools to help students with behavioural problems.
